Floating shelves barn wood. I wanted to take the time to show everyone the various options they have when it comes to the barn wood floating shelf. As we offer from the most basic line, the medium-duty shelf that mounts directly to your wall, with no seen through included, drew drilled holes and deer wall studs and that's about 18 pounds of weight capacity.
Then our heavy duty line there are wooden dowels sections with a smaller section, mounting tree on your wall at the points of wall studs and then the bulk of the show slides directly on when this is on your wall. Creating a strong and solid shelf with no visible sports if you order that same heavy duty style in an extra deep shelf, very often split into a three board style mounting system same principle, just one extra step where you'll mount this rope is loose but helpful.
Where you mount portion amount the first portion to your wall studs and then the second portion would slide on to the protruding dowels. You then threw those together and slide the bulk of the shell bottom same process just that extra step, so that this two wall, pummeling sections, can be secured together, creating a very wide and stable base for the extra deep shelves. We also have optional pipes for pipe mounting, and these can be created in any size shelf where your mouth also to your wall, studs and then the shelf itself.
It's just a small lip where this will sit and allow your shelf to float onto the pipe brackets. Then again available with any size. Shell also now our new system, the heavy, the ultra heavy-duty steel, welded steel bracket system and notice. This slides directly flush into your shelves. You don't actually see any of the steel, approximately the same principle as the wooden dowel shelf. These are tight by design, I'm pretty much all shelves.
The dowels are drilled at an angle to allow the dolls to pinch together, making it much more difficult for your shelf to ever wiggle or from or move on your wall with these steel mounted ones, you're quite literally, mount steel also to your wall studs. Now, if you can't get to the correct wall, stud orientation, you can use one drywall anchor and one wall stud along with this, as the steel is mounted very securely to your wall and they both with the shelf just slides right on to these protruding welded steel.
